CHS DOCUMENTATION UNIT
THE PRINCIPAL'S OFFICE
A contemporary school head’s office which offers the feeling of comfort and easiness due to its minimalistic theme. This gives the ambience of transparency and trust due to the presence of the basic needs a school head’s office must have.
CONFERENCE ROOM
The extension of the Principal’s office which serves as the venue for small group meeting/conference. This room also exposes a minimalistic theme provided with a conference table and swivel chairs for the convenience of the attendees.
SCHOOL BASED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ROOM
A state of the art School Base Management system which highlights the almost paperless transaction with all its adjacent units. This serves as the gallery of the history of Camarin High School, and at the same time, the office of RDLRU.
Registrar’s and EBEIS Office
For easy processing of school papers transaction, the Registrar and the EBEIS are combined. This office exhibits the organized compilation of forms matched with a conference table for a more comfortable management of needed documents.
CAMARIN HIGH SCHOOL
New Face of Frontline Offices

To serve the stakeholders of Camarin High School safely and efficiently, the new admin crafted a new program Build, Build, Build. Principal’s office was the first project. This office was transformed into a minimalist design where only the basic equipments, tools and supplies available maximizing its space. This office also has an adjacent conference room that can hold meetings and conferences with a 10- seater conference table. The students’ record safe place - registrar’s office was also renovated. More shelves are being made for the filing of students’ forms. Cubicles for the staff was also made and a large transaction glass window. The new face of the School Based Management Office was transformed into a paperless and state of the art office. A television set connected to the main system was installed to showcase the MOVs of principles in SBM that the Camarin High School have. RDLRU cubicles are also installed in this office
Pigeon Holes
A product of ingenuity and sensibility to the current situation, the pigeon holes s serve as the safe-deposit box for the answers of the modules. Each hole is labelled with the name of the teachers from grade seven to grade 8.This is to ensure the security of the learner’s written output especially those who can not afford the internet accessibility.
