BRIGADA ESKWELA UPDATE 2021
The Brigada Eskwela Program is one of the most important programs in DepEd. Applying this year’s slogan, “Bayanihan para sa Paaralan” Within the spirit of Bayanihan, private institutions/individuals, government agencies, authorities’ units, and other organizations contribute to the DepEd campaign to make sure accessible and quality basic education.
The Department of Education launched its first Virtual Brigada Eskwela (BE), Oplan Balik Eskwela (OBE) set to promote Bayanihan amid the COVID-19 Situation therefore, the CHS Brigada Eskwela 2021 practices were done through virtual programs. Everyone accepted the challenge and showed the spirit of volunteerism. Also, Camarinians showed overwhelming interest and alluring eagerness to participate.
Benefactors showed support by donating facemasks, face shields, gloves, thermal scanners, disinfectant, hand sanitizing equipment and cleaning materials, multivitamins, learning and printing materials to support the schools’ information drive for sanitation and proper handwashing hygiene flyers, and the learners’ printed modules.
Different programs were launched to introduce protection and health protocols to the learners, teachers, and the community. In response to the significant demand of the present situation, we were encouraged to deviate traditional concepts of BE programs to online learning platforms. Not only the students did learn but they also enjoy the different programs making digital learning effective and efficient, and quickly adjust in the time of crisis
